Mr. Herrick was graduated cum laude from CranbrookSchool in Bloomfield
HillsMichigan, summa cum laude
with highest honors in political science from the University of Redlands,
and from the University of Michigan Law School. At Redlands, Mr. Herrick achieved national
distinction in NDT debate and was a Truman Scholarship finalist. At Michigan, Mr. Herrick
twice reached the semi-finals in the Campbell Moot Court Competition and was
awarded the best quarter-finals brief in the competition.
Mr. Herrick is admitted to practice by the
Supreme Court of Texas, by the United States Courts of Appeal for the 5th, 8th,
and 11th Circuits, and by the United States District Courts for the Northern,
Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas
and the District of Colorado.
Prior to starting Herrick & Associates in 1997, Mr. Herrick was an
associate in the Dallas
office of Jenkens & Gilchrist.
